Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Milne Se Pehle ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Nature of the Service

Milne Se Pehle provides a government-backed pre-matrimonial verification certificate. We aggregate data from authorised third-party APIs (UIDAI, Income Tax Department, CIBIL, court records) to produce a certificate. We are a technology platform — we do not independently verify data beyond what is returned by these official sources.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You must be an Indian resident with a valid Aadhaar-linked mobile number.
  • You must provide accurate information during registration and verification.
  • You may not use the Service for any fraudulent, illegal, or harmful purpose.

User Obligations

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and OTPs.
  • You must not share your certificate OTP with anyone you do not intend to grant access.
  • You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the platform.
  • You must not use the Service to verify someone without their knowledge or consent.

Certificate & Data Accuracy

Certificates reflect data returned by official government APIs at the time of verification. Milne Se Pehle is not liable for errors, delays, or discrepancies originating from these third-party sources. Certificates do not constitute legal documents and should not replace professional legal or investigative services.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on the Service is owned by Milne Se Pehle and protected under applicable Indian IP law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Milne Se Pehle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if we have reason to believe your use poses a risk to other users or the platform. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
